We provide residential Picture Frame Hanging service from start to finish, so that you don't need to worry about the what, the how, and the where? when displaying your framed piece.
If you are afraid of heights, do not try this at home...These paintings were hung on a second floor wall at about 20 feet high. Each is held by two strap hangers, which keeps the top of the frames close to the wall, and they will always stay level...always.
The size of the art is 28"x38" and the recessed areas are 4'x8'.

There were no special effects used to display these movie posters! They were hung over the stairs, on the second floor wall, at heights of over... well, very high, and not having a level surface to stand on would make anyone want to use a double for the job.
The sizes of the frames are 30"x44" and 26"x38". They become the main attraction from the office on the second floor.

   SAWTOOTH HANGER
These hangers are used for small, light weight pieces. They do not require nails. Simply pound into the frame. These hangers need to be placed center on the top of the frame. Generally, these should not be used on any frame bigger than regular 11"x14" wood frames
STRAP HANGERS

These type of hangers are the most commonly used in modern picture hanging. They come in different sizes and allow the top of the frame to hang close to the wall with minimum tilting.

We use a plastic coating stainles steel wire for hanging. These wire comes in different thicknesses for different weights of art. The wire should be placed no more than 1/3   down from the top of the frame, and should always be installed fairly tight across the piece. The tighter the wire, the less tilting occurs.

The appropiate size of the wall hanger is very important.Although this style hanger is meant to hold the weight capacity with just the drywall, it is preferred to locate a stud. Without a stud, the hangers weight capacity needs to be obeyed.

Z-BAR

This is an aluminum bar used for the heaviest of items. One piece is installed on the frame and another piece on the wall. The two bars interlock on each other and secure the frame to the wall.The strips are predrilled at 4" intervals to create 16" every fourth hole, which is also the typical   distance between the studs in a wall. Drywall screws used should be at least 2" long.

triplestack3 Here is a sample of a mirror that was hung using Z-bar. It measures 48" wide x 83" high outside dimensions. It is a triple stacked frame, which means that three different size and style frames were used.
